    The Millennium Station Michigan Avenue elevator is permanently out of service. Customers can use the South Water elevator or Museum Campus elevator as alternate boarding stations.

    The Hazel Crest elevator is out of service. Customers can use Calumet or Harvey as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.

    The 79th Street/Chatham elevator is out of service. Customers can use 115th Street/Kensington or 55th/56th/57th Street as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.
    ME Van Buren Michigan Street Station elevator is out of service.
    The Van Buren Michigan Street Station elevator is out of service. Customers can use Millennium Station South Water or Museum Campus as alternate boarding stations. Updates will be provided.
    Metra Alert ME - Metra Electric 103rd Station Closed - Full Reconstruction

    As part of the Metra Electric Community Initiative to transform 13 stations on the district, the 103rd Street/Rosemoor station remains closed for a full reconstruction and is expected to reopen March 3, 2025. During this time, customers can use 107th Street and 95th Street/Chicago State University as alternatives. For additional information click here.

    Metra Alert ME - Track Construction Saturday, March 1 through Sunday, March 2

    Track construction will be taking place on Saturday, March 1 through Sunday, March 2. Trains may incur delays enroute up to 30 minutes behind schedule passing through the work zone.     Metra Alert ME - 87th street/Woodruff Station Closure Beginning December 16 - Station Rebuild Project

     The 87th street/Woodruff station on the Metra Electric line will be closed beginning Monday, December 16. During this time passengers can use 83rd and 91st street stations as alternatives. This is part of the Metra Electric Community initiative to transform multiple stations on the Metra Electric District. Once completed, the station will have an enclosed ADA-accessible street-level entrance, lobby with an elevator, new stairs, headhouses, new composite deck platforms, new lighting, and signage.     The 103rd St,/Rosemoor Station will be reopening and passenger service will resume on March 3, 2025. 

    Metra Alert ME - The 95th St/Chicago State University station will close March 3, 2025 - Station Rehab and Expansion Project

    On Monday, March 3, the 95th st/Chicago State University station will close for approximately 2 years to undergo a rehabilitation and expansion project. During this time passengers should use 91st street and 103rd st/Rosemoor stations as alternates. Updates will be provided.
